Adele Tevlin, CEO & Founder
Adele Tevlin is the founder and CEO of Adele Wellness.
She has been a leader and confidant in supporting c-suite executives in Corporate Canada for the last 15 years.
Adele received her B.Sc. in Neuropsychology from McGill University and is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from The Beck Institute and the University of Toronto.
Adele also holds a Diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto and is completing her Masters of Psychology at Harvard University.
My passion is to empower people to achieve their highest state of being. As a pattern interrupter and behavioural expert, I help people change their habits, behaviours and beliefs leading to transformations in their personal and professional lives.
Dena Ryde, CNP Nutritionist, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Clinician & Level 4 Personal Trainer
Dena graduated from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in 2017 with honors.
Since 2002, Dena has also been a personal trainer. It was then that she really found her passion for nutrition. Time after time she saw that her clients were not reaching optimal health from exercise alone. Sound nutrition was the missing link!
Dena believes that food can be body’s natural medicine and with proper diet, supplementation and stress management, everyone can lead a healthier, happier, more productive life.
It’s all about balance in our busy world and there is no one single program for everyone. She works with her clients to create strategies that work for them and whatever demands their lives hold.
Erica McColman, CNPNutritionist, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Clinician & Corporate Program Manager
Erica Garber is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and studied Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at the Beck Institute.She brings an extensive food background to Adele Wellness. Her late in life diagnosis of Celiacs Disease led Erica to train in Canadian Cuisine from a chef at Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts.
From this experience, she learned how to manage her Celiac Disease without relying on tasteless and nutrient-poor gluten-free products, shifting instead to a whole foods diet.
Erica’s focus is on balance and empowering her clients to take control of their health. Her kindness and determination allows clients to walk confidently down the path to their optimal lives.
Megan Nagy, Nutritionist, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Clinician and Online Program Coach
With a background in business and finance, Megan has seen the toll that stress in the workplace can have on health and professional advancement. She is all about eating for energy and productivity.
