Hi I’m Adele!

Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked with hundreds of executives, CEOs and professionals to create sustainable lifestyle change. I’ve created a corporate wellness program for companies and a weight loss program for individuals that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a modality that helps us understand the connection to our thoughts and behaviors, along with my background in neuropsychology and nutrition to take the health and well-being of individuals and organizations to the next level.
